About the role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the timely delivery of key programs and ensure optimal performance at our Mornington Depot. Key Responsibilities include * Managing personnel in accordance with Zinfra policies, ensuring only personnel with appropriate skills and qualifications are employees/ assigned to carry out required tasks * Ensuring the ongoing performance management of the Overhead Distribution team and address performance issues in a timely manner * Provide guidance to enable the safe and timely delivery of connections and appointment work and in line with Client expectations and legislative requirements. * Consult and support counterparts to ensure resourcing ability enables the delivery of the entire works program * Ensuring delivery team captures and reports all relevant data from the field * Managing and motivate direct reports and indirect reports to ensure all work is delivered to the specified scope, time frame, allocated budget and quality * Ensuring that resource capability, skills sets and volume are able to service the forecasted work in a safe and efficient manner * Ensuring adequate management of internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers utilising Zinfra’s processes and procedures * Ensuring the delivery is programmed efficiently to meet or exceed Zinfra and customer requirements About You * Proven ability to drive a safety culture and implement improved safety processes, systems & programs to ensure the effective delivery of work * An understanding of Victorian Electrical Distribution Networks and VESI requirements * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships * Effective cost centre management within approved budget guidelines. This will also require the sharing of resources for capital projects and the achievement of the CAPEX & OPEX targets * Demonstrated competency in utilisation of resources and match the capability and capacity of the workforce and physical resources for the delivery of issued work. * Experience in planning or strategy * Proven experience managing field teams Our people are our energy source, and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
