Reporting to the owners, you’ll take control over all admin that ensures we can continue to deliver our projects with the utmost quality and service.

You’re the sort of person who loves to measure results and see how things are tracking and improving. You can see flows and can organise and work out what needs to be done without external pressure.

This is not a normal office. And this is not a position for someone who wants to take it easy. At PKM Earthmoving, we’re a fast-growing civil construction company and need you to own the smooth running of our operations and be the backbone that keeps projects, people, and paperwork on track.

This is a senior role, ideally, you already have experience in a project-based environment managing finance and admin functions as well as claims preparation and submission under contractual terms. You will be fully trained and supported on how to use our Job Management System and all other functions expected from you to meet your required weekly KPI goals. This is not a role for anyone who needs micromanaging, gets stuck when things aren’t simple, or shies away from ownership.

In this role, you will:
Oversee payroll, AP, AR, and project payment claims with zero compliance breaches.
Keep registrations, vehicle inspections, and compliance records current.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups on time.
Onboard and lead admin staff in line with PKM’s values.
Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and reporting.

This is a challenging role, requiring a mastery of coordination. You’ll unite finance, payroll, claims, compliance, and office functions into a smooth, consistent flow. It’s a position for someone who thrives on responsibility and is ready to be the backbone of a high-performing team.
