What You'll Do:
* Drive adoption of analytics tools by internal and external customers through user activity monitoring, testimonial gathering, demonstration sessions and regular stakeholder comms.
* Use analytics tools for analysis of CBTC System performance (equipment condition monitoring, energy efficient train operations and fault analysis) on behalf of projects around the globe.
* Create and maintain analytics dashboards and visualizations.
* Support development of new features via testing and gathering of user feedback.
* Review and update system design documents to address user requirements, project configuration management, and training needs.
* Work in our world class CBTC simulation facility to gain hands on experience with actual signalling system hardware and software.
Technologies We Use (no experience required):
* Tools: MS Office, Azure, Docker, Git, ELK, Superset, SQL, Windows, Linux.
* Languages: Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc).
Who You Are:
* Pursuing a degree in an Engineering field or in Computer Science.
* Curious and willing to learn technical skills fast and on the fly.
* Have strong communication skills to interface with GTS personnel around the globe.
