Our facility is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and dedication to providing an exceptional experience for all visitors.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Kiosk Attendants to join our team for the 2025/2026 summer season. As a Kiosk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patrons have a memorable experience. This role requires candidates who have availability on weekends and must be available for the Christmas/New Year period.
As a kiosk attendant, you will have a passion to deliver excellent customer service to the patrons of the Marion Outdoor Pool. You will be energetic and enjoy working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner
* Serve snacks and meals in the kiosk area
* Dealing appropriately with cash handling and EFTPOS machines
* Preparing meals from the menu
* Responding appropriately to emergency situations
Kiosk Attendants if successful will need to have the following qualifications:
* Working with Children Check
* Child Safe Environments Certificate
* DoFoodSafely Certificate
