Overview You will be joining a leading national financial services company as a Senior Employment Lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract based in Sydney or Melbourne.

About the Role Responsibilities include:Advise on a wide range of employment law and employee relations matters, including litigation, regulatory issues, policy development and complex case management.Partner with HR leaders, executives, and external advisors to deliver high-quality, pragmatic legal solutions that support business objectives.Lead the management of significant employment disputes, including representing the organisation in tribunals and courts, and overseeing external counsel where required.Contribute to key projects, transactions, and strategic initiatives with employment law implications.Develop and maintain strong relationships across the HR community, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
