Job Description:
We are seeking a professional to manage claims and claims management processes to support customers' needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a mix of claims and ensuring sound decision-making when solving customer queries.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers facing property loss or damage. They will inform customers about their policy entitlements and explain the claims and repair processes when needed. Empathy and support are essential in this role as you will work closely with customers through their claims experience.
