Project Management
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across commercial landscape and civil works projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient workflow.
* Ensure works are set out and constructed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
* Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through site management plans, toolbox talks, hazard identification, and incident reporting.
* Liaise regularly with the Project Manager and clients, providing updates on progress, milestones, risks, and delays.
* Maintain accurate site documentation, monitor compliance with environmental and WHS requirements, and continuously seek improvements in safety, efficiency, and quality.
Skills
* Ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and adaptable team leader able to prioritise tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to a range of audiences.
* High level of accountability, professionalism, discretion, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
* Qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a related field, with proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil works site management.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and the interpretation of drawings and specifications.
* Current Driver's Licence and valid Construction White Card (WHS certification); relevant plant or machinery tickets highly regarded.
