What you'll be doing:
• Show off your skills in our à la carte, hot and cold larder sections
• Prepare and plate up delicious meals for buffets, functions, and special guest requests
• Follow HACCP and workplace procedures to keep standards high and guests happy
• Bring recipes to life under the guidance of our expert Senior Chefs
What we're looking for:
• A genuine passion for food and a hunger to grow your skills
• Strong communication and teamwork – you'll thrive in a busy, fun environment
• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand, or completion of a pre-vocational culinary course
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, safety, and procedures
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude
