Are you an experienced telecommunications professional with a passion for integration and testing? We're looking for a Team Lead to play a key role in delivering major telecommunications projects.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers, construction partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth integrations across Government Radio Network, CCEP, and other key projects.
What You'll Do
* Lead and support technicians and engineers on integration and migration activities.
* Oversee pre-stage, construction, and post-construction testing, ensuring compliance and documentation.
* Review site audits, drawings, handover packs, and network performance reports.
* Identify and escalate risks, defects, and technical issues.
* Collaborate with customers and partners, attending meetings and providing progress updates.
* Enhance processes, documentation, and commissioning standards.
* Step in as acting Team Leader when required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks.
* Knowledge of RF, antenna systems, and site provisioning.
* Hands-on experience with IP or MPLS-based networks.
* Ability to analyse complex technical data and provide solutions.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach teams
