**About the Role**:
- High level of Owner and tenant liaison
- Lease renewals and comparative market analysis reports
- Routine repairs & maintenance management
- Bond lodgements, disposal, and variations
- Managing arrears
- Attendance and preparation for VCAT (as required)
- Following through with day to day Property Managers tasks

**Skills and Experience**:
- You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in Property Management either as a Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager
- Current Agents Rep
- Driver's licence & reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communication skills
