Part Time $40,000 to $70,000 indicative pa. An FBT rebate may be available.

The Commercial Manager is responsible for all Commercial activities of the Group which operates in the Sporting industry.
This is a senior position which will suit someone with strong commercial experience that might have been gained in a variety of previous positions; eg A senior commercial executive in pre or post retirement phase; a mid career executive taking time out for a sabbatical or perhaps family responsibilities.
The workload is highly seasonal and will fluctuate over the year, accordingly the role is offered on a part time basis. The position is remote i.e. there is no need to physically attend the office. The Group is happy to consider variations to this model to suit both parties.
There is an associated position in a subsidiary organisation with responsibilities for operational matters. Successful and constant liaison with this position is a fundamental requirement.
Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the overall management of the Group\'s Commercial activities. This is a senior role responsible for all Finance and Administration functions of the group. It includes the following key areas;
* 1. Commercial Operations - Full responsibility for the management of all commercial operations of the Group including all payments, bookings and registrations
* 2. Commercial Growth & Stakeholder Engagement - Drive commercial growth by sponsorship and membership growth
* 3. Marketing, Brand & Community - Manage the outsourced providers for the Group\'s marketing and communication program, including websites, social media channels, weekly newsletters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Relevant qualifications may include a business/commerce degree or equivalent experience in a commercial environment. You will be able to demonstrate;
* Extensive financial and administration experience
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commercial acumen
* High level of confidentiality
