About the Role

Join us in a role that contributes directly to our strategic goals in education, research, and community engagement. As senior member of the Program Delivery team within Infrastructure and Facilities Services, you will lead the University's Capital Program team to deliver high-impact projects that shape our campuses and enhance the student and staff experience.

In this role, you will provide strong leadership and direction to a growing team, fostering high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. You will manage and develop project resources, both internal and external, ensuring clarity of roles, effective performance management, and professional growth.

Success in this role relies on leading complex change management initiatives and building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, engagement and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

You are a driven and collaborative professional with expertise in managing significant infrastructure programs within large complex organisations. With extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, you excel at setting clear expectations, managing performance, and fostering professional growth. You have the ability to make informed, high-impact decisions in a dynamic environment, while navigating change and building strong stakeholder relationships. You are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement across every project you lead.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Postgraduate qualifications and proven expertise in the management of significant infrastructure programs and projects within a large and complex organisation.
* A strong track record in leading the delivery of major and complex capital programs and projects across a diverse portfolio of buildings and campuses, ensuring alignment with quality, time, cost, and governance requirements.
* Demonstrated strength in stakeholder and relationship management, with the ability to build productive partnerships, lead stakeholders through change, and deliver exceptional client service.
* Highly developed leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, manage performance effectively, and lead through change.
