Your new role will see you working alongside qualified artisan bakers in specially designed commercial kitchens to implement French baking techniques. Our client's passion is embedded in an unrivalled quest to refine, improve and deliver to clients, the trademark, French-renaissance-style sweets and savouries, while maintaining the classical antiquity and integrity of the product.
**Duties & Skills will include but not limited to**
- Experience with artisan bread products
- Experience with French baking techniques
- Be able to efficiently and preciously prepare bread dough, knead, ferment and hand mould while minimising wastage.
- Experience with large production numbers
- Ability to produce products from scratch (no premixes)
- Calculate percentages and dough ratio weights
**The successful applicant will possess**
- 2-3 years hands on experience post apprenticeship
- Strong dedication to the role
- Meet the high standards of the company
- Available and willing to work evenings and most weekends
**In return you will receive**
Starting wage ranging between $54,600 - $60,000 determined on skill and expertise.
- Work in a well-equipped, specially designed commercial kitchen
- Two positions available for Afternoon Shift and Night Shift
- Rotating Weekend roster to accomodate family needs
- Afternoon Shift 3pm - 12am
- Night Shift 9:30pm - 3am
