Catherine McAuley College opened its doors in 2022, in order to meet the growing demand for a quality, Catholic Education in the Mackay region. Starting with pioneering Year 7's in 2022, they will grow into a complete Years 7 to 12 profile by 2027.

Your Role
Catherine McAuley College are seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Assistant. This is a term-time position for 15hpw/2 days per week (Thursday & Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm) commencing from January 2026.

About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements
* A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
