About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our dynamic workshop team and contribute to large-scale projects across the Australian continent.
The successful candidate will work on diverse projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. They will develop innovative solutions to complex problems and collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to complete large-scale projects.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
* Develop creative solutions to technical challenges.
* Participate in the development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements
* A trade certificate or relevant qualification.
* The ability to pass welding qualifications.
* A strong focus on safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
* An exceptional work ethic and self-motivation.
* Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret drawings and project scopes.
* Good IT/computer aptitude (highly desirable).
* A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
* A valid driver's license and own transport.
* A WHS Construction card.
* Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
