The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department to roll out website and digital channels as part of our rebrand, as well as the broader business to manage, monitor and maintain digital channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with marketing team to support the delivery of website & digital channel strategy launch
- Coordinate digital multi-channel HCP and D2C programs in line with business priorities
- Manage the day-to-day updates and performance of numerous web platforms including website, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM and online event platforms
- Regularly monitor user experience and performance through GA to optimise the effectiveness of user journeys
- Actively monitor digital landscape to stay up to date and propose innovative, cost-effective solutions for amplifying digital channels
- Social media management including sourcing, creating and scheduling of engaging content across owned channels, and community management of same
- Assist in the development of strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness through digital engagement
- Assist in the development of digital material design and creative initiatives for other marketing-related activities where required
- Coordination and support of multi-channel digital engagement platforms including CRM, event and webinar support and user training
What You'll Have
- Proven experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and regular website updates/monitoring
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and GMB
- Experience in social media management and coordination
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible and adaptable work style
- Open-minded with a team-player mentality and willingness to assist broader marketing team as required
- Positive, pro-active personality with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in content development highly regarded, but not essential
- 3+ years digital marketing experience
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare environment will be highly regarded
