Key Responsibilities:
* Install joinery components accurately in accordance with plans and specifications
* Manage and address defect works promptly to ensure quality standards are met
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
* Uphold safety and quality standards on-site at all times
* Coordinate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
* Manage daily schedules and resource allocation
* Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement timely solutions
Requirements:
* Fully qualified in cabinet making or shop fitting
* Demonstrated experience in commercial joinery installation
* Proven ability to work independently or lead a team of installers/subcontractors
* Hands-on experience with joinery installation and defect management
* Strong knowledge of joinery tools, methods, and safety protocols
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
