Responsibilities
* Manage proposals from all sales territories as the central point of contact.
* Act as Project Manager for the Bid and Proposal team, receiving requests through submitting compliant proposals to customers.
* Coordinate bidding interfaces between departments, including Sales, Engineering, PMO, Logistics, and those with sign-off responsibility.
* Work with sales and assigned technical leads to translate technical specifications into effective technical, management, and service solutions to win bids and increase revenue.
* Coordinate internal resources, including Product Management, Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Contracts, and Legal.
* Review customer requirements, summarize and communicate them internally, and provide transparency on risks within opportunities.
* Lead Customer Value Proposition workshops, Lessons Learned reviews, win strategy, solutioning workshops, and Gate Reviews.
* Collaborate with Pricing leads to create financial models and work with management to gain final approval.
* Interface with Product Management and Engineering to develop new content for proposals related to new products and features.
* Organize and track requests and responses using company databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of practical experience with domestic and international bids and proposals within a regulated industry.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a technical field (highly desired).
* Working experience with multidisciplinary teams, including PMO, Estimating, Engineering, Financial, and commercial management disciplines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of basic contract language.
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Able to interact positively with management and cross-functional peer teams.
* Able to explain technical procedures in writing or verbally.
* Able to manage conflict.
* Capable of working unsupervised and driving major projects to completion.
* Able to solve problems independently.
* Strong time management skills.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines.
* Advanced fluency and proficiency in reading and writing in Spanish.
