Multimedia Specialist / Designer | Perth
Lifewood, a premium luxury timber flooring and bespoke interiors brand, is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on, creative and technical role where you will produce engaging content, optimise digital experiences, and generate qualified leads that drive business growth.
What you'll do
Multimedia Content: Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media, paid campaigns, blogs, and the website; produce short-form content (Reels, posts, campaign assets)
Website & UX/UI: Lead website UX structure, sitemap, and UI design on HubSpot; optimise user journeys to convert visitors into qualified leads
Lead Generation: Design and implement landing pages, forms, CTAs, and gated content; track and analyse lead performance
Content & SEO: Review and refine written content; optimise blogs and website copy for clarity, structure, and SEO performance
Agency & Supplier Management: Coordinate with marketing and creative agencies, external service providers, and TV broadcasters
Graphic Design & Print: Design print assets, advertisements, and marketing collateral
Events & Trade Shows: Co-organise trade show participation, including planning and on-site coordination
Corporate Design: Support development and rollout of new brand identity and corporate design system
About you
Experienced in multimedia production, graphic design, and UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Skilled in HubSpot CMS, digital lead generation, and website optimisation
Understanding of SEO, paid media campaigns, and marketing analytics
Strong project management and coordination skills; able to work with internal teams and external agencies
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative problem-solver
