Lead Detailer Position – Ocean Glow Car Detailing (Central Coast)
Ocean Glow Car Detailing is the Central Coast's highest-rated detailing team, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Detailer to join our growing business.
This is a key role within the company, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and can help lead a busy workshop environment.

About the role
As a Lead Detailer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while helping guide junior staff and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
You'll be working both independently and as part of a team, across workshop and mobile jobs.
Key responsibilities
Vehicle detailing and cleaning to a high standard
Machine polishing / paint correction
Ceramic coating and paint protection application
Maintaining workshop organisation and efficiency
Assisting with staff training and development
Providing excellent customer service
Driving to and from mobile detailing jobs
Requirements
Must have a positive attitude
Must be Reliable
Previous vehicle detailing experience (essential)
Previous customer service experience (essential)
Manual driver's licence (essential)
Availability to work 5 days per week
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and time management
Highly regarded
Previous leadership or management experience
