We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Service Officer to join our team in providing exceptional hearing healthcare services to our clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality care and support our customers through their hearing journey.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time or part-time role supporting one of our newly established clinics, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. You will have previous experience in administration or customer service in a retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environment, with a preference for experience working with an older demographic.

* A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
