Executive Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and the broader team.

* Organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation;
* Managing team billing process, including processing client bills and debtor/WIP management;
* Assisting with proposals, reports, and letters;
* Utilizing presentation tools to develop diagrams and flowcharts for client reports and deliverables;
* Sorting, recording, and delivering mail;
* General administration duties for senior executives and the team, including electronic filing documents;
* Processing expenses for executives;
* Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
* Coordinating events, both internal and external, and assist with marketing activities;
* Processing new client applications;
* Managing executive calendars and email;

The ideal candidate will have:

* 3 years previous experience in an administrative role;
* Professional services experience (desirable);
* Experience in reporting to and managing multiple stakeholders;
* Advanced MS Office skills;
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with an aptitude in dealing with clients;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
