Job Title: Systems Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional support to managed network and ICT clients, configuring and managing firewalls, backups, and physical/virtual infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver exceptional support to managed network and ICT clients.
* Configure and manage firewalls, backups, and physical/virtual infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot systems, resolve connectivity issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
* Handle alerts and escalations, ensuring timely and client-focused resolutions.
* Support software cutovers and perform onsite visits when required.
* Create and maintain documentation, user guides, SOPs, and project reports.
* Collaborate in project meetings and liaise directly with clients.
* Manage and deploy TCO365 projects and validate technical solutions for sales opportunities.
* Log all work accurately and elevate complex issues when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* CCNP, VMware VCP, MCSE (or equivalent)
Preferred Experience
* 2+ years in an MSP technical service desk role
* 2+ years customer-facing service experience
* 2+ years Microsoft/Office 365 admin (incl. migrations)
* 2+ years firewall admin (Palo Alto, Meraki)
* Experience in managed services environments
