Our client is an industry leader and household name within the energy sector. Due to growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Care/Administration Officer to join their team. As the Customer Care/Administration Officer, you will provide administration, customer service and sales support to the branch, ensuring you achieve branch and business objectives. You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively and efficiently plan, organise, prioritise and complete tasks within deadline.
The role:
* Provide administration support to management and sales team on a day to day basis
* Act as the primary point of contact for existing customer enquiries, complaints and service follow‑ups.
* Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to installation and after‑sales support.
* Maintain CRM records with accurate, timely updates. Review data for trends, bottlnecks or sales lead opportunities.
* Monitoring user platforms to Identify and resolve product functionality issues with customer equipment, self-resolve or escalate to relevant teams where necessary.
* Coordinate with sales, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare customer documentation, Warranty claims and service confirmations.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years experience in similar role or service related industry
* Highly motivated self starter eager to learn and adapt
* Strong ability to communicate both verbal and written
* Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.
* Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* A positive can-do attitude
* Highly organised and focused
* Hold a drivers licence
* Reliable and eager to succeed
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong customer focus
* Occasionally provide administration support to a sister branch and occasional overnight travel if required (travel, accommodation and meals will be paid for)
