About the Company Our client is a Fortune 200 global leader in enterprise cabling, communications, and electronic security solutions. With over 50 years of innovation and a powerful international presence, they continue to experience strong growth in the Australian market. To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Account Manager to manage key relationships and drive demand across Queensland. Position & Responsibilities This is a high-impact account management role, focused on driving sales growth through the security integration channel and building strong demand through engagement with end users, and consultants. Manage existing relationships in Queensland across the security integration market. Drive business development initiatives with consultants and end users. Identify and create new opportunities through proactive engagement with the market. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key integration partners to support project success. Work closely with end users, consultants, and specifiers to influence demand Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support project pursuits and close opportunities. Maintain strong commercial relationships with key vendor partners. Manage and grow existing accounts while strategically expanding the customer base. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Contribute to state-level revenue growth and ensure alignment with broader national objectives. About You Proven experience in sales or account management within the electronic security, cabling, or electrical / electronics or related technology field. A strong network of security integrators, consultants, or end users in the Queensland market will be advantageous. Commercially astute with a demonstrated ability to uncover and develop new project opportunities. Excellent account management skills and the proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills. Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Offer The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, with a base between $110,000 - $130,000 plus Superannuation, $20,000 Car Allowance and a lucrative incentive structure, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading global organisation!
