We're seeking an experienced and values-driven Support Coordination Leader to provide strong people leadership, operational oversight, and quality-driven service delivery for people living with MS and other neurological conditions. In this pivotal role, you'll mentor and lead a geographically dispersed team of Support Coordinators, embedding consistent, person-centred practice while driving performance, compliance, and positive participant outcomes.
Reporting to the Support Coordination Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day team operations including workflow management, caseload allocation, utilisation and KPIs, while supporting staff to navigate complex and high-risk participant needs with confidence and professionalism. You'll play a key role in strengthening capability through coaching, supervision, and performance management, while fostering a supportive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
Working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, budgeting, continuous improvement initiatives, and NDIS readiness activities. Are these your qualities?
* A human-services professional with qualifications in disability or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a strong understanding of neurological conditions, the NDIS and relevant legislation.
* A seasoned practitioner with at least 5 years' experience delivering or coordinating community-based support services within a person-centred framework.
* A relationship-builder who confidently partners with customers, families, and a wide range of community services to create strong, effective support networks.
* A skilled communicator and problem-solver with strengths in needs assessment, facilitation, negotiation and collaborative decision-making.
* An organised self-starter with excellent time management, planning and the ability to work independently while keeping service quality front of mind.
* A supportive team developer with the ability to coach, empower and guide others to deliver high-quality, customer-centred outcomes.
* A tech-confident professional proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems, who meets all compliance requirements.
