The Developer Sales team is a high-performing group of professionals who work with property developers, project marketers, and media agencies to promote their projects and new homes through various media channels.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded each month, quarter, and year.
">
* Identify key prospects and develop sales proposals to meet the advertisers' marketing and sales objectives.
">
* Regularly meet with customers to build knowledge of their business while promoting REA's products and services.
">
* Understand the local market, including new site launches, initiatives within and outside the existing client base, and general online industry developments.
">
* Build relationships with direct clients and stay informed about any new developments and revenue opportunities.
">
* Proactively seek out new business and revenue opportunities, ensuring a sufficient pipeline of new/additional business to meet and exceed targets.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Experience in media sales, preferably in an online environment.
">
* Knowledge of the property developer industry.
">
* Sales experience working with direct customers and ad/media agencies.
">
* Good understanding of advertising processes and strategies.
">
* Analytical skills to enable reporting on client activity.
">
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
