This is a key role within a warm, collaborative team where both clients and colleagues are treated like family. You’ll work closely with the Principal Adviser and broader team to provide exceptional administration support and deliver a truly personalised, high-touch client experience that we’re proud of. Prepare essential documents for client review meetings. Utilise Xplan Software to proactively manage and follow up on tasks. Handle client implementation processes, including preparation of necessary paperwork. Collaborate with various parties such as fund managers and accountants to gather client information. Maintain and update client databases and files to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate and schedule client meetings. Position Requirements
Current experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning industry is a pre-requisite. Proficiency with Xplan financial planning software at an intermediate level. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a team, focus on clients, and possess robust organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive approach, enthusiasm, and the capacity to take responsibility and show initiative in task completion.
