Pacific Motor Group is based on the Sunshine Coast and represents five new vehicle brands as well as numerous used car operations. We are a member of the Pickering Group with a wide representation throughout the Northern Territory, regional Queensland and South Eastern Queensland.
Role Overview
This role will require a truly passionate and dedicated sales consultant who can take up the challenge of delivering the ultimate customer experience and achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain positive customer relationships while growing the dealership's customer base.
* Proactively meet sales KPIs and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Provide the ultimate customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proficient with basic computer skills.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License (mandatory).
* Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
* Willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and be mentored by the experienced management team.
* Strong and reliable work ethic and process-driven mindset to achieve personal remuneration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets.
* Previous experience in a sales role.
* Motor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, not essential but highly regarded – this will be required at some stage.
