About the role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Relationship Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the ACT region, while also identifying new partners.


Role Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue within new and existing customer bases.
2. Identify new opportunities for partners and assist in creating new market offerings.
3. Build relationships with vendor partners to gain market insights and technology knowledge.
4. Create and maintain a robust pipeline for sustainable growth across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
5. Manage and report on territory forecasts and pipeline activities.
6. Conduct partner business reviews.
7. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
8. Represent Ingram Micro in all sales-oriented activities with partners and internally.
9. Effectively communicate Ingram Micro's value proposition to existing and potential partners.
10. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers and vendors.
11. Develop engagement and close plans to maximize profitability.
12. Adopt a creative approach to developing value-added sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling.


Role Requirements:

We seek an individual with an unstoppable mindset and a passion for customer experience. To succeed, you should have:

1. Proven success in sales within the technology industry.
2. Solid understanding of the IT distribution landscape and existing relationships.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, digital, social, and presentation skills.
4. The ability to attract and recruit new partners in the ACT region, build relationships, and drive revenue.
5. Experience delivering solutions focused on business outcomes.
6. Accurate planning and forecasting skills.
7. A drive to be part of a high-performance sales culture.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
10. Focus on acquiring new partners.
11. Supportive skills for backend activities like order processing, quotations, and delivery follow-up.
