Black Truck & AG is a large family-owned, multi-branch business operating across Queensland and New South Wales. Due to continued demand and service growth, we are seeking a Qualified Parts Interpreter to join our Roma dealership.

About the Role
Representing leading brands including Isuzu UTE, Isuzu Truck, RAM, Mitsubishi, Landini, Kubota and more, this is your chance to play an important role in supporting customers, technicians, and our service operations with accurate parts supply and advice.
This is a full-time role based onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with one Saturday rostered per cycle.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in agricultural parts, Kubota, or similar brands highly regarded
* Minimum 2 years in a Parts Interpreter or equivalent role
* Keen interest in the automotive or machinery industry
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and safety focus

Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers and technicians in sourcing the correct parts
* Handle phone, counter and email enquiries professionally
* Use manufacturer databases to identify, price, order and track parts
* Pack and dispatch customer and internal orders
* Participate in stock control, stocktaking and record keeping
* Merchandise display setup and maintaining a tidy workspace
