This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant, located in Doncaster, VIC. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing and leasing properties, managing open runs, application checking and ensuring a professional and seamless customer experience. Additional responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, coordinating property tours, and supporting administrative tasks related to lease documentation.
The role can be either 4 or 5 days per week.
Qualifications
* Agents Representative licence
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of property management systems is a plus
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Prior experience in real estate or leasing roles is advantageous
* reliable car and current drivers licence
