* Direct a team of up to 10 members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Promote our organisational values with your store team, maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
* Communicate with Stock Allocators to maintain suitable stock levels throughout the store.
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.
