We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor with HVAC expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who wants to be part of a team that designs and maintains infrastructures.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist stakeholders with quotes for small works, time and materials (T&M), installations, and start-ups.
* Support and mentor field personnel in executing their normal activities.
* Prepare reports as requested by management.
* Ensure timesheets are entered correctly.
* Provide input into training needs of the team.
* Coordinate and schedule general duties of Customer Engineers and subcontractors.
* Evaluate tools, PPE, and documentation for Customer Engineers.
* Respond to customer requests for minor quotations or service advice within a timely manner.
* Complete follow-ups generated by Customer Engineers.
* Resolve complex technical problems.
* Participate in after-hours call-out roster where possible.
* Conduct quality audits as required.
* Act as Project Manager on large project startups or maintenance.
Requirements
* Restricted Electrical Licence
* Technical knowledge in data centres, telecom, commercial & industrial industries.
* Proven track record in Air Conditioning or precision cooling industry as a service technician.
* Thermal controls & Networking knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
