We are seeking an experienced Visual Creative to create high-quality digital and print assets, consistently executing our brand aesthetic and tone of voice across all touch-points.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging visual assets that bring the brand to life.
* Create assets for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, catalogues, paid ads, web graphics, and point-of-sale materials.
* Develop and manage creative assets from design to retouching and video editing.
You will work closely with our team to conceptualise, develop, and deliver visually appealing assets that drive business growth and performance.
Requirements:
* Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
* Experience in digital marketing and eCommerce design, including email marketing, Shopify, ad creative, and conversion-focused assets.
* Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of how design influences business growth and performance.
* Collaborative and solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a small, creative team.
* Highly organised, efficient, and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
