Cabrini Women’s Mental Health Service is seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our pioneering Her Therapy program. As part of Australia’s first women-only mental health service, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Cabrini Women’s Mental Health Service is a private, women-only mental health facility that offers a safe and supportive environment for recovery. Our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive care through inpatient therapy, a day program, and individual therapy, ensuring continuity of care for our patients. We also specialise in neurodiversity assessments and group-based interventions such as DBT, EMDR, ACT, ADHD, and Group Schema Therapy. About the Role: As a Clinical Psychologist, you will support clients experiencing mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. Your work will focus on individual therapy through Her Therapy, with flexible scheduling options: One session – See three clients in a four-hour block Two sessions – See six clients in an eight-hour block Depending on your availability (FTE), you may also have the opportunity to: Deliver group therapy in inpatient or community day program settings Provide care coordination on our inpatient ward If you’re not yet trained in EMDR, CPT, Schema Therapy, or Psychodynamic Therapy, don’t worry!
