The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to come on board. You will be joining a national team of 110+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You and your team of clinicians will work with amazing clients over a period of months or even years, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form close bonds with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
* Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
* Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
* Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
* Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
* Developing well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or office settings.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Three or more years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* A vehicle and driver's licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
