Requirements:
* A degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field is essential.
* A Professional Engineer license in North Carolina or ability to obtain one by reciprocity is necessary.
* Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing staff is desirable.
* Business development activities are also a must.
