Our organization is seeking a Credit Management Specialist to provide administrative support and manage credit records. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking or credit administration.

1. Key Responsibilities:
1. · Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and solution-oriented responses to member inquiries regarding their accounts, payments, collections, deposits, credits or any other aspect related to loan management services provided by the bank/financial institution.
2. · Maintain accurate records of all interactions with members including notes from phone calls /meetings/personal visits/outbound emails/correspondence wherever appropriate.
