We are currently seeking a highly skilled retail professional to fill the role of Seasonal Key Holder. As a Seasonal Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing leadership support and driving sales through key performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class shopping experience that encourages customers to return and become repeat business.
* Offer support and guidance to colleagues when needed, stepping in to cover store leadership duties during absences.
* Stay up-to-date with store sales plans and comp sales goals, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth through increased unit price and average transaction value.
* Cover specific sales floor zones, ensuring assigned areas meet visual standards and making adjustments as necessary.
* Process transactions efficiently, leveraging product knowledge to increase add-on sales and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
* Support planogram changes, including fixture maintenance, merchandising mix optimization, and effective communication with management and HQ partners on fashion and music trends.
* Promote a positive and respectful work environment, addressing any misuse of items or wizardry-related incidents promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to standard operating procedures and maintaining high levels of tidiness throughout the store.
* Develop and coach new Sales Associates, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
