Front Desk Coordinator Position
We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
* Coordinate guest check-ins and outs efficiently and accurately
* Utilize the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts with ease
* Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure accommodation readiness
* Provide guests with information on property and local areas of interest
* Maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
