Travel is back! An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel team at a time of significant growth. We're looking for an individual who is passionate, customer centric and who enjoys creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone while multi-tasking with computer systems and digital forms of communications.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and manage end to end travel bookings tailored to each customer's needs
- Provide a customer service experience that can't be felt anywhere else
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes
**What you need**
At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:
- Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory
- Experience in a Travel Consultant Role
- A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team
- Knowledge in both international and domestic products
