**About the Role**
SUNSTUDIOS Melbourne is looking for two Rental & Studio Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. You will be working closely with the Services Manager, Rental Team Lead, and fellow Rental & Studio Assistants on packing equipment for location and studio bookings, providing customer service and administrative support, and resetting our two studio spaces. This role also involves the testing and cleaning of equipment upon its return from shoots, delivering gear to clients in the Melbourne Metro area, and greeting studio and rental clients upon arrival. You will be involved in the painting of cycloramas, set hire pieces, cleaning and maintenance of studios, and managing back of house spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a photography/video studio and be part of an established industry leader. This role would suit someone who works well in a team environment, is a good communicator, and is comfortable with handling and moving large objects such as furniture and wall flats.
**Main Duties**
- Preparing equipment for studio and location shoots
- Maintaining equipment and facilities to high standard
- Ensuring equipment is flawlessly packed and checked before leaving and upon return
- Providing customer service, technical advice and support related to equipment
- Offering exceptional level of service to clients in studio, including welcoming them in morning
- Administration - registering new clients, quoting, invoicing, taking payment, outsourcing equipment
- Delivering equipment in Melbourne Metropolitan area
- Cleaning and preparing studios for upcoming shoots at immaculate standard
- Painting cycs, sets and props
- Working closely and collaboratively with other team members and departments
**Key Requirements**
- Experience with photographic and/or video cameras and studio lighting
- Self-motivated, organised, and a true team player
- Process focused with great attention to detail
- Empathetic and good communicator
- Flexibility with roster
- Driving license
- Adept at manual handling
- Experience with painting or handy work an advantage
