Now, an opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Finishes Foreman. This is your chance to step into a role with one of Australia's most respected developer builders. You'll join a team of industry experts and be responsible for shaping the success of high‑quality projects from conception to completion.
The Role
* Finishes Foreman on a multi‑level luxury residential development
* Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
* Ability to work autonomously, looking after finishes and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
* Excellent build knowledge and people management
* We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team and work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Finishes Foreman delivering large‑scale commercial towers or residential apartments for a head contractor in Australia.
* Experience delivering multi‑residential development projects over $50m
* Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
* Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects.
* Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
