Job Description
o Manage and grow a portfolio of trade, retail, mining, and industrial customers in the North Queensland region
o Maintain a structured call cycle and conduct regular face-to-face visits with key accounts
o Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the brand within the region
o Gather detailed customer insights to support solution-based sales and long-term partnerships
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and aligned with company policies
o Provide product feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the brand with professionalism in the field
The Successful Applicant
o Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within HVAC, trade, or industrial sectors (Open to branch level experience)
o Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, managing time and territory effectively
o Strong communication and relationship-building skills across a diverse customer base
o Detail-oriented and compliant with internal policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
o Technically minded with a willingness to learn product applications and engage in solution-based selling
o Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering results and supporting the broader team goals

o Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + super + performance-based bonus
