We are seeking experienced Clinical and Assessment Psychologists to join our team as independent contractors. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality assessments, therapy (optional), and consultation services to individuals with neurodevelopmental, cognitive, or developmental disorders across paediatric, youth, and adult populations.
As part of Patches, you'll work alongside an established multidisciplinary team—including clinical psychologists, paediatricians, educators, and allied health professionals—to provide evidence-based, client-centred care. You'll enjoy the autonomy of private practice, combined with the support and stability of a trusted national organisation.
Our Perth-based (Subiaco) team is welcoming, supportive, and motivated to support our high-performing clinicians in all aspects of their work. Opportunities also exist to provide services in schools, homes, and community settings across the Perth metropolitan and regional WA areas.

About You
* Full registration as a Clinical or Assessment Psychologist (talk to us about your endorsement, and experience)
* Experience in neurodevelopmental, cognitive, mental health, or functional capacity assessments
* Culturally sensitive, trauma‐informed in your practice
* Working with Children Check & National Police Clearance
* Skilled in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
* Collaborative, client-centred, and committed to evidence‐based practice
* Comfortable working independently as a contractor within a supportive multidisciplinary team
