Are you a highly motivated and experienced administrative leader seeking a rewarding role in a healthcare environment? Western Health's Division of Surgery, Endoscopy and Anaesthesia Services is seeking a dedicated Planned Surgery & Endoscopy Access Administration Manager to lead our administrative functions.
You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient patient access to planned procedures across multiple campuses.
In this leadership position, you will: Oversee administrative operations related to planned surgery and endoscopy.Manage patient scheduling, waiting lists, and pre-operative assessments.Ensure data accuracy and compliance with DH policies (Planned Surgery Access, ESIS, VINAH, VAED).Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative professionals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience.We are looking for a candidate with: Extensive experience in administrative leadership within healthcare settings.Proven staff management and team leadership skills.Understanding of planned surgery operations and patient flow.Knowledge of relevant Department of Health policies and reporting.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Classification: HS4 under the Victorian Public Sector Health & Allied Services Managers & Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.
