Key Responsibilities:
* Develop compelling digital content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.
* Transform complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content is contextually relevant and culturally attuned.
* Apply human-centered design principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and accessible.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements:
* Able to manage complex stakeholder needs and translate subject matter into clear, compelling learning assets.
* Proven experience in instructional design, especially for leadership or people development audiences.
* Strong communication skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change.
* Proficiency in eLearning platforms and tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite.
* A curious mindset — exploring emerging technologies like AI and how they can enhance learning experiences.
