Field Service Technician – Water & Pump Systems

We have a great team achieving great outcomes and due to this growth, we need a person to work in with our water treatment team. This position would ideally suit an individual who has experience in agriculture and some exposure to water delivery systems including pumps and controllers. They will have a good eye for detail and a passion for continually improving business performance.
Key areas for this role –
· Servicing - Maintaining Customers equipment – servicing/fixing pumps
· Maintenance – Perform preventative maintenance, provide technical support and do call outs if urgent
· Customer Service - assist the retail side of the business as required
· Transport – perform customer deliveries and assist with stock receival
· Sales- Identify and communicate sales opportunities
Key attributes that we will be assessing candidate suitability against include –
· Relevant rural industry experience

· Systematic and organised approach to work
· Ability to organise time and tasks efficiently
· Motivated to be part of a team
· Good problem solving skills
· Sound IT and MS Office suit skills
