Job Title

As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Network Operations and Engineering teams to track and follow up on known network risks and capacity challenges.

The role requires strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.

Experience using JIRA or similar tracking/project management tools is also desirable.

You will work closely with vendors to support the resolution of operational issues and escalate where necessary in partnership with Procurement Officers.

This is an ideal junior-level position for someone organised, proactive, and interested in growing their career at the intersection of network operations, vendor engagement, and planning.

* Coordinate with Network Operations and Engineering to track and follow up on known network risks and capacity challenges.
* Engage with vendors to support the resolution of operational issues and escalate where necessary in partnership with Procurement Officers.
* Maintain and manage the Network Risk Management JIRA board, ensuring items are up-to-date and aligned across teams.
* Support the planning and coordination of hardware and licensing renewals, and upgrades with vendors.
* Monitor vendor delivery timelines and raise risks or delays with the relevant internal stakeholders.
* Assist in collecting information and context to support network capacity assessments or planning decisions.
* Contribute to reporting on operational risks, vendor escalations, and network capacity tracking.
* Participate in regular team meetings and provide cross-functional support across Strategy, Procurement, and Operations.


1-2 years' experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or vendor support (or a relevant graduate background with internship/work experience).

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.

Understanding of hardware lifecycle management, licensing processes, or vendor service delivery is desirable.

Experience using JIRA or similar tracking/project management tools.

Clear and confident communication skills with a collaborative working style.

Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of following through independently.
